SettingPlaybook · 4 min read Speed to lead: why the first five minutes decide the consult Someone who fills out a full-arch form has usually been thinking about their teeth for years. The moment they finally ask for help is the moment they are most ready to talk. Every minute after that, real life moves back in.
The standard Call inside five minutes during business hours. Not an email, not a text first. A call, from a person who knows why this patient reached out.
What gets in the way Leads land where nobody is looking. A shared inbox or an agency dashboard is not a phone ringing. The front desk is the setter. They are checking patients in. The lead waits.Nobody measures it. If speed to lead is not a number on a screen, it drifts.
How to fix it Give one person the job. A setter, not "whoever is free". Send every new lead to that person's phone the second it arrives. Track the time from form to first call for every lead, and look at it weekly. Keep calling. Most leads are reached on a later attempt, not the first.
AOX times every lead from GoHighLevel to the first call and shows you the share reached inside five minutes, by setter.
SettingPlaybook · 5 min read The five things that make a setter call work A good setter call is not a script read quickly. It is a short conversation that leaves the patient feeling understood and committed to showing up. These are the five things we grade.
Speed to lead. How fast the call happened after the patient reached out.Tone. Warm, unhurried, and confident. The patient should feel they reached the right place.Getting to the why. Emotional questions, not just logistics. What is this costing them day to day? What made today the day?Bragging about the doctor. The setter sells the consult by building trust in the person the patient is about to meet.Commitment. A specific day and time, a clear next step, and a patient who says out loud that they will be there.
How to use it Pick the weakest of the five for each setter and work on only that for a week. Listen to two calls together. Then move to the next.
In AOX, Max SI scores every recorded call on these points with written feedback, so coaching starts from the call, not from memory.
MarketingGuide · 5 min read The real return on a full-arch case "We spent $10,000 and closed $90,000" sounds like a nine-times return. It usually is not. To know what your marketing really returns, count everything it took to produce the case.
What to count Ad spend on Google and Meta.Management fees : agency or freelancer fees, software, a videographer, anyone paid monthly to make the marketing run.Cost to deliver the arch : implants, multi-unit abutments, prosthetic screws, the prototype, and the final. For many practices that is several thousand dollars an arch.
Collected, not closed A signed treatment plan is not money in the bank. Measure return on what was collected, and keep a list of balances still owed with the date each is expected.
The formula Collected, minus ad spend, minus management fees, minus the cost to deliver the cases. Divide what is left by everything you spent on marketing. That is the number worth watching month to month.
AOX builds this for you, with your own fees and per-arch costs entered once.
MarketingGuide · 4 min read Agency or freelancer: who should run your ads? Many dentists arrive at full-arch marketing through an agency, and many leave frustrated. Usually the problem is not effort. It is that the practice cannot see what is happening.
Questions to ask whoever runs your ads Who owns the ad accounts? They should be yours, in your name, with the other party given access. Can I see spend and leads any time? Not in a monthly PDF. Live. What happens to a lead after the form? If nobody can answer, the ads are being judged on the wrong number. What am I paying for besides ad spend? Know the management fee and what it buys.
Why we lean toward a freelancer A good freelancer works inside your accounts, answers to you directly, and can be measured on arches closed rather than clicks. Whoever you choose, run both Google and Meta, and judge them on the same scoreboard as your setter and closer.
ClosingPlaybook · 4 min read From booked to showed: closing the gap before the consult By the time a patient is booked you have paid for the ad, the lead, and the setter's time. A no-show throws all of it away.
Book it soon. The longer the wait, the more second thoughts. Aim to get a quality lead in within the week.Confirm like a person. A call or personal text from the setter who booked them, not only an automated reminder.Tell them what to expect. How long, who they will meet, what happens in the room. Uncertainty keeps people home.Involve the decision maker. If a spouse or family member weighs in on big decisions, invite them.
Then measure it. Scheduled against showed, by week and by setter. AOX counts both from the consult calendars you choose in GoHighLevel.
Getting startedGlossary · 3 min read The numbers that run a full-arch practice Lead. A person who asked for information about full-arch treatment.Speed to lead. Time from the lead arriving to the first call.Reached. Leads your setter actually spoke with.Booked. Leads who scheduled a consult.Showed. Booked patients who came in.Closed. Patients who said yes to treatment, counted in arches and in dollars.Collected. Money actually received.Balance expected. What is still owed on closed cases, and when.Management fees. What you pay people and tools each month to run marketing, apart from ad spend.Cost per arch. Implants, parts, and lab to deliver one arch.Return on marketing. What is left after all of the above, against what you spent.
If you only watch three: speed to lead, show rate, and collected against total marketing cost.

Privacy Policy Effective October 8, 2026
AOX Growth System is operated by Unagencied LLC ("Unagencied", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through aoxgrowthsystem.com and the AOX Growth System app at app.aoxgrowthsystem.com (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who this policy covers
The Service is sold to dental practices. It covers visitors to our website, the doctors and team members who hold accounts, and the information a practice loads into the Service about its own marketing, leads, calls, and cases. For information about a practice's leads and patients, the practice decides what is collected and why; we handle it on the practice's behalf and under its instructions.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Name, email address, role, and a password (stored only in hashed form). If you use "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address, and confirmation that Google verified the email. We do not receive your Google password.
Practice information you give us. Practice name, phone, website, address, logo, and the answers to our setup questions, such as arches closed per month, fees, lab and implant costs, ad spend, and management fees.
Information from accounts you connect. When a practice connects Meta Ads, Google Ads, or GoHighLevel, we retrieve advertising spend and results, lead and contact records, call logs and call recordings, calendar appointments, and the names of team members handling them.
Information your team enters. Daily setter and closer logs, consult outcomes, amounts closed and collected, follow-up dates, and photos or videos uploaded to the media library.
Conversations with Max SI. The questions you ask our AI coach and the answers it gives.
Payment information. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and a customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, sign-in times, and an activity log of actions taken in an account, used for security and support.
Cookies. See our Cookie Policy .
3. How we use information
To provide the Service: show a practice its numbers, grade setter calls, power Max SI, and send sign-in codes and account emails.
To set up and support accounts, including done-for-you setup when a practice buys it and replying to "Talk to Dr. Turley" requests.
To bill for subscriptions and purchases.
To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
To improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified information where we can.
To send you product and marketing messages about AOX and Unagencied. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a practice's lead, patient, or call data to advertise to those individuals.
4. Artificial intelligence
Max SI and call grading run on third-party AI models that we access through our cloud provider. Information needed to answer a question or grade a call, such as account numbers, call recordings, or transcripts, is sent to that provider for processing. We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their general models. Patient names are not included in the account data sent to Max SI for chat. AI output can be wrong; treat it as coaching, not as a guarantee or professional advice.
5. Health information
The Service is built for marketing and sales operations, not clinical records. Do not upload charts, radiographs, treatment notes, or other clinical records. Some information a practice handles in the Service, such as lead names, call recordings, and consult outcomes, may be protected health information under HIPAA. A practice that will use the Service with protected health information must contact us to put a business associate agreement in place first, and remains responsible for its own HIPAA obligations.
6. Call recordings
Call recordings come from the practice's own phone system. The practice is responsible for giving any notice and getting any consent that recording laws require, including all-party consent laws in states such as Washington and California.
7. Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google sign-in data only to create and sign in to your account, and Google Ads data only to show a practice its own advertising results inside the Service. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalized AI models.
8. Who we share information with
Service providers that work for us under contract: cloud hosting and AI model access (Amazon Web Services), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and website lookup tools used to find a practice's logo.
Platforms you connect , such as Meta, Google, and GoHighLevel, as needed to retrieve your data.
Within your practice. Information in a practice's account is visible to that practice's users according to their role.
Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Unagencied, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If Unagencied or the Service is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer to the successor, which must honor this policy.
9. How long we keep it
We keep account and practice information while the account is open. If a subscription ends, the account returns to the free plan and its data is kept so the practice can pick up where it left off. You can ask us to delete an account and its data at any time, and we will do so within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep something longer. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
10. Security
We encrypt data in transit, store passwords in hashed form, confirm sign-ins with an emailed code, limit access by role, and keep an activity log. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Your choices and rights
You can see and correct most of your information inside the app. You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of marketing email and non-essential cookies. Depending on where you live, including California and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for using your rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of advertising cookies. If you are a lead or patient of a practice that uses the Service, please contact that practice first; we will help it respond.
12. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children through our website.
13. Where data is processed
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell account holders by email or in the app if a change is significant.

Terms of Service Effective October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Unagencied LLC ("Unagencied", "we", "us") and the person or practice using aoxgrowthsystem.com or the AOX Growth System app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are using the Service for a practice, you confirm you have authority to agree for that practice.
1. The Service
AOX Growth System helps a dental practice see and manage its full-arch marketing, setting, and closing. It includes dashboards, the Max SI coach, call grading, training content, and connections to third-party accounts the practice chooses to link. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. The doctor who creates an office is its administrator and is responsible for the people they invite and what those people do in the account.
3. Plans and payment
Launchpad is free.
Liftoff is $497 per month, billed in advance each month through Stripe until cancelled.
Done-for-you setup is an optional one-time fee of $1,500. Our team connects your Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel accounts, adds your users, and confirms your numbers are flowing. We schedule it with you after purchase; it depends on you giving us the access we need.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan you choose. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next billing period.
4. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel Liftoff at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and your account then returns to Launchpad with your data kept. Fees already paid are not refunded, including for partial months. The setup fee is refundable only if you ask before our team begins the work.
5. Complimentary access
We may give some practices full access at no charge. Complimentary access can be ended by us at any time, in which case the account returns to Launchpad.
6. No guarantee of results
The sample practice, projections, benchmarks, and anything Max SI says are illustrations and coaching. They are not promises. Projections are estimates built from your answers and published industry figures. Your results depend on your market, your team, your advertising, and many things we do not control. We do not guarantee any number of leads, consults, arches, revenue, or return.
7. Not professional advice
The Service does not give clinical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Max SI and call grading are produced by artificial intelligence and can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
8. Your data and your responsibilities
You keep ownership of the data you and your connected accounts put into the Service. You give us permission to host and process it to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy . You are responsible for:
having the right to connect each account you link and to share its data with us;
complying with the laws that apply to your practice, including HIPAA, advertising rules, and telemarketing and texting rules;
giving notice and getting consent for call recording wherever the law requires it;
having permission from any patient whose photos, videos, or story you upload;
not uploading clinical records, and contacting us to sign a business associate agreement before using the Service with protected health information.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. That includes trying to access another practice's data, probing or disrupting our systems, reverse engineering the software, reselling access without our written permission, uploading unlawful content or malware, or using the Service to build a competing product.
10. Our content
The software, the AOX Growth System and Max SI names and logos, and all training videos and materials belong to Unagencied or its licensors. Your subscription lets your practice's team use them for your own practice while your plan is active. You may not copy, share outside your practice, or resell them.
11. Third-party services
The Service works with products we do not control, such as Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, and Stripe. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or decisions, including changes that limit what data we can retrieve.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other customers at risk, or has unpaid fees. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that data pulled from third parties will always be complete or accurate.
14. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Unagencied will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Unagencied harmless from claims arising out of your data, your advertising, your call recording practices, or your breach of these terms or the law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and both sides consent to those courts.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and give account holders notice of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
18. General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy and any business associate agreement we sign with you, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization.
